Thank you for choosing Twin Man Entertainment! Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Booking, Deposit & Payment Policy

Please note that all events may require a preliminary visit to the event site by an authorized representative of Twin Man Entertainment (TME) to plan setup and ensure smooth operation on the day of the event.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking with TME.

The remaining 50% balance is due immediately after the event on the same day, unless agreed otherwise prior to the event. Late payment may result in your account with TME being closed and no future bookings being accepted.

For private events (such as birthday parties or school bookings), the client must provide:

A private area for TME entertainers to change and store equipment

Drinking water for all TME team members

A suitable performance space

For corporate events (companies, hotels, embassies, or government organizations), the client must provide:

A private area for TME entertainers to change and store equipment

Food and drinking water for all TME team members

A suitable performance space

Cancellation Policy

By paying the 50% deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood TME’s cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are entitled to receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the event will not be entitled to receive a refund.

Photo Disclaimer

Please note that TME may take photos and/or videos during events. These images and recordings may be used in publications including, but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, our website, and social media.

TME will not identify individuals by full name or share personal information without written consent from the individual, parent, or legal guardian.

If you do not wish to have your image recorded, please inform TME in writing prior to the event.

By participating in an event served by TME — or by failing to notify us in writing — you consent to your voice, name, and likeness being used, without compensation, in any and all media.

Use of TME media (photos, videos, graphics) by any other organization or individual is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from an authorized representative of TME.
